Adults 30+
Full membership is open to adults aged 30 and above, ensuring a balanced pace and peer group.
Associate Members
Younger adults are welcome to participate as associate member. Associate members will be character vetted by at elast one full member.
Commitment
Prospective members attend three training sessions to ensure alignment with our values of respect and camaraderie. We need to see a proof of your age before registration.

Where do training sessions take place?
Sessions are held at Hartstown Park or Ongar Community Village Astro Pitch. The specific venue is confirmed weekly by our coaches.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring appropriate footwear for astro turf or grass, depending on the venue, and plenty of water. Bibs and training equipment are provided.
Are there club rules?
Yes, all members must adhere to the club’s constitution and bylaws, which emphasise respect, inclusion, and safety.
