How to join DFF
Joining Dublin Football for Fun is simple, welcoming, and open to everyone — no matter your level of fitness or experience.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet new people, rediscover your love for football, or just enjoy great vibes on and off the pitch, DFF is the place for you.
We’ve designed a straightforward process to help you get started, meet the community, and ease into the game at your own pace.
There are just 3 easy steps to becoming a member:
1. Contact us to find out more
You can find our contacts in the contact section. You can send us an email or send a text message (preferrably) to introduce yourself and request details of the next training.
2. Join us for 3 training sessions
Come along and take part in three sessions with the group. This gives you the opportunity to:
- Get a feel for how we play
- Meet members of the community
- Build confidence and enjoy the experience
There’s no pressure — just come, play, and enjoy yourself. This step is all about making sure DFF is the right fit for you..
You do not need to actively participate in training, however, you need to be present for the full 2 hours each session.
3. Declare your interest & Register
After completing your three sessions, you can officially declare your interest in becoming a member.
Simply speak to the coach or a member of the team, who will guide you through the next steps and provide the registration details.
At this stage, we’ll capture your information and complete your onboarding into the DFF community.
Membership Criteria:
- Full membership is available to individuals aged 30 and above
- If you are under 30, you are still welcome to join as an Associate Member
We aim to keep the process simple, transparent, and inclusive — so once you’re ready, we’ll get you fully set up.
Join Dublin Football for All
Membership is open to adults aged 30 and above. To register, attend three training sessions, agree to the club constitution and complete the registration process.
